The return will be accepted only if the goods are returned within 30 days from order date and in the exact condition in which they were shipped.
All accepted returns, in the following cases below, will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
The exchange of delivered goods is accepted for the same goods in a different size, subject to availability when the goods are returned to us, and for different goods at the same cost, except for if you would like to pay the difference. In order for the exchange to be approved, the goods must be returned without any damage, or signs of wear, and with original tags and packaging (within 30 days from order date). Please note that the cost of the return shipping is free for you (€0,00) and is covered by us.
In the case you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it, the above paragraph applies.
Items under sale/discount

Refund
In order to issue a refund, the goods must be returned without any damage, or signs of wear, and with original tags and packaging (within 30 days from order date).
If the refund is approved, you will be notified via email confirmation within 7 business days. Please note that the actual transfer of the refund to your account depends on your financial institution and may take up to 10 business days.
Incorrect / damaged / Faulty Items
Despite our efforts for the highest customer satisfaction things can still go wrong.
