Delivery service for the articles offered on this Website is available in Cyprus only (excluding those zones which are beyond the control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus).
If you wish to order items from another EU member state outside of Cyprus via this Website, you are of course welcome to do so, however the ordered items can only be delivered to a delivery address within Cyprus.
Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (the “Processing order” email).
Once your order is placed and paid, you will receive an email from us indicating that the order is marked completed and that it has been shipped.
Pricing, Availability and Dispatch Information Of Products
Information displayed on the Site as to pricing and availability is subject to change. Payment for the products will be made in accordance with the procedures explained below.
Payment options available is through the secured JCC Payment Gateway using a debit or credit card. JCC Payment Gateway offers real-time payment processing. It uses all available security measures to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure data safety. This payment option bears no other costs to you other than the cost of the products ordered.
In addition as a second payment option, the cash on delivery is available however the cost of the pay on delivery is charged on you. The shipping cost remains free.
While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or dispatch estimates on the Website in relation to products are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you by email, if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Please allow up to 4 business days for delivery in extreme circumstances.
In spite of our best efforts, it is possible that a product may be mispriced on the Website. We do, however, confirm prices as part of our dispatch procedures. Where a product’s actual price is lower than that stated on the Website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If, however, the actual price is higher than that stated on the Website, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

RETURNS
At Pianeti Kidswear (pianetikidswear.com) our aim is to satisfy at 100% each order. However there are cases where an order needs to be returned for various reasons.
All returns are welcomed but unfortunately the cost for return shipping is not covered by us in most cases.
The return will be accepted only if the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery and in the exact condition in which they were shipped.
All accepted returns, as stated in our “Returns” policy, will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
